Zigmapennys is an ecommerce website. We supply high-end, designer brand clothing and accessories from around the world.

Where is ZigmaPennys based?

ZigmaPennys is based in Palatine, Illinois. We also have an office in Germany, and a warehouse in Nigeria.

Where does ZigmaPennys ship from?

ZigmaPennys ships from three warehouses – one in Los Angeles, one in Milan, Italy, and one in Xiamen, China.

Is it free to register?

Your ZigmaPennys member account is 100% free.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is $50 for orders placed from zigmapennys.com.

Are products authentic?

Yes, absolutely. Zigmapennys.com entire catalog is genuine and 100% authentic. For more information, see our Authenticity page.

Are prices final?

Yes, all prices on zigmapennys.com are final. (Except products ordered from Africa) Products held in our European warehouse already include duty and transportation to the US. All prices are FOB Los Angeles.

How can I pay on zigmapennys.com?

ZigmaPennys accepts Credit Cards, Bank Wires, and Paypal.

What about shipping services?

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $12.90 per order (price may vary for small orders under 1 lb). Delivery is expected between 5 and 7 business days. Large orders will have a custom price based on the weight of the order. All tracking information is provided in your account within each order’s page.

Shipping from Europe is via DHL.

Can I pick up an order?

No, all orders must be placed online and will be shipped to you.

What is your return policy?

Our policy allows 14 days from delivery for your customer to request a return, for which you must inform of us within that time frame, and 21 days from the customer’s original delivery date to arrive at our facility for return. All of our orders are inspected by the logistics center; the item must be returned in original condition and not have been worn to be accepted as a return. We do not refund shipping charges.

How do my customers return items?

Your customer must request a return within 14 days of receipt, and we must receive the item in our logistics center within 21 days of it having been delivered to them. You will have to notify us that you will be returning the item to our logistics warehouse. The warehouse address is 670 N. 1st Bank Drive Palatine, IL 60067. We do not refund shipping cost. If you are exchanging, you only pay $12.90 for shipment of the new order.

How is my refund processed?

If you would like a refund processed to your original form of payment and not as a credit to your ZigmaPennys wallet, you must specify and communicate that to us at the time that you requests a return. Refunds are generally issued as a credit to your wallet.

Can I ship internationally?

The US ZigmaPennys site can only ship to The United States, Canada, and Mexico. Domestic orders ship via FedEx and USPS.
